Midstate is proud to announce that 5 of our recently completed projects have been named as finalists for the 2024 Real Estate Development (RED) Awards! Of these 5, Chandler Scheels was awarded Retail Project of the Year!! Chandler Scheels, is a 253,000 square foot retail store with a value of $76 million.
