Of these 5, Chandler Scheels was awarded Retail Project of the Year!! Chandler Scheels, is a 253,000 square foot retail store with a value of $76 million.

Our team’s dedication and hard work has paid off in helping to create a top-notch retail experience. The Chandler Scheels jobsite was a sizeable part of 2023 for Midstate.
