Jason Golightly, is the Vice President of Operation for Midstate Mechanical, LLC. He joined the Midstate Team in October of 2019 as the General Manager of Special Projects, Warranty and Service. In March of 2023 Jason was promoted to Vice President of Operations and will oversee all of Midstate’s projects, including labor costs, indirect costs, expenses, material and equipment costs, contract reviews, manpower projections, change order monitoring, and project profitability.
Jason is a graduate of the Arizona Military Institute and at the young age of 18, he began his career in the industry as the onsite Refrigeration Technician in cold storage facilities located in the West Phoenix area. Jason then transitioned into the Service and Small Project side with HVAC contractors. Jason has extensive industry experience and brings over 30 years of service and installation experience on all different types of chillers, towers, boilers, and package units to the company. Jason is extremely dedicated and is committed to completing all projects on-time and within budget.
