Midstate is proud to announce that two recently completed projects have been named as finalists for the 2022 Real Estate Development (RED) Awards. We had the pleasure of working on both the BNI Neuroplex at St. Joseph’s Hospital with Kitchell and the Chandler Medical Pavilion with Okland.

We were selected as the design assist Mechanical & Plumbing partner for the BNI Neuroplex @ SJHMC by Kitchell and Dignity Health. As part of the design assist team, we were able to help make system and equipment selections early in programming to help expedite the design and control costs. Those early decisions turned out to be invaluable, as construction began at the start of the pandemic. Facing global manufacturing shutdowns and supply chain delays, the large custom rooftop DX VAV Air handlers were already in production which prevented months of delays. Due to the efforts and coordination of the entire project team, the project was delivered as planned with minimal impact.

For the Chandler Medical Pavilion, we were the Mechanical and Plumbing contractor for the shell as well as the Banner Tenant Improvements
